Ein neuer Weg, den wir in Wien anfangen. Du bestellst über WhatsApp. Der Assistent im Chat nimmt die Bestellung auf: Menü, Warenkorb, deine Fragen. Schreib ihm, wie du an der Theke bestellst.
Mit wem schreibe ich?
Mit WhatOrder e.U., Wien. Du erreichst uns unter office@whatorder.at. Wir sind nicht WhatsApp. Über WhatsApp läuft der Chat, und darin nimmt der Assistent deine Bestellung auf.
Ist das die Nummer vom Lokal?
Nein. +43 660 2647870 gehört WhatOrder, nicht dem Restaurant. Wir schreiben dich nicht zuerst an. Du tippst auf den Link oder scannst den Code.
Sieht das Lokal meine Bestellung?
Ja. Die Bestellung geht an das Lokal, das im Chat steht. Der Assistent nimmt sie auf. Das Lokal sieht sie.
Wo tippe ich meine Karte?
Auf der Seite von Stripe, nicht im Chat. WhatOrder sieht deine Kartennummer nicht. Auf dem Kontoauszug steht WHATORDER. Das sind wir, nicht der Name vom Lokal.
Ist schon abgebucht?
Nein. Du siehst die Gerichte und die Summe. Das Lokal bekommt eine Nachricht. Bezahlt ist die Bestellung, wenn die Karte durch ist. Vorher kannst du auf Ändern tippen.
Was bekomme ich danach?
Eine Bestätigung in diesem Chat. Nach der Zahlung ein PDF auf den Namen des Restaurants. Das ist kein Kassenbeleg.

Stripe'ın sayfasına, sohbete değil. WhatOrder kart numaranı görmez. Hesap özetinde WHATORDER yazar. Bu biziz, restoranın adı değil.
Para çoktan çekildi mi?
Hayır. Ne aldığını ve toplamı görürsün. Restoran bir mesaj alır. Sipariş, kart geçince ödenmiş olur. Ondan önce Değiştir'e dokunabilirsin.
Sonra ne gelir?
Bu sohbette bir onay. Ödemeden sonra restoran adına bir PDF. Bu bir yazar kasa fişi değildir.

Who am I talking to?
WhatOrder e.U., Vienna. Email us at office@whatorder.at. We are not WhatsApp. The chat runs via WhatsApp, and the assistant takes your order there.
Is this the restaurant's number?
No. +43 660 2647870 belongs to WhatOrder, not the restaurant. We do not message you first. You tap a link or scan a code.
Does the shop see my order?
Yes. It goes to the restaurant named in the chat. The assistant takes it. The shop sees it.
Where do I type my card?
On Stripe's page, not in the chat. WhatOrder does not see your card number. The bank line says WHATORDER. That is us, not the restaurant's name.
Have I already paid?
No. You see the items and the total. The shop gets a message. The order is paid when the card goes through. Before that you can tap Change.
What do I get after?
A confirmation in this chat. After payment, a PDF in the restaurant's name. It is not a cash-register receipt.
