Mit WhatOrder e.U., Wien. Du erreichst uns unter office@whatorder.at. Wir sind nicht WhatsApp. Über WhatsApp läuft der Chat, und darin nimmt der Assistent deine Bestellung auf.
Ist das die Nummer vom Lokal?
Nein. +43 660 2647870 gehört WhatOrder, nicht dem Restaurant. Wir schreiben dich nicht zuerst an. Du tippst auf den Link oder scannst den Code.
Sieht das Lokal meine Bestellung?
Ja. Der Assistent nimmt sie auf. Das Lokal bekommt nur die fertige Bestellung und arbeitet sie ab.
Wo tippe ich meine Karte?
Auf der Seite von Stripe, nicht im Chat. Du zahlst mit Karte, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay oder EPS. WhatOrder sieht deine Kartennummer nicht. Auf dem Kontoauszug steht WHATORDER. Das sind wir, nicht der Name vom Lokal.
Ist schon abgebucht?
Nein. Du siehst die Gerichte und die Summe. Bezahlt ist die Bestellung, wenn die Karte durch ist. Vorher kannst du auf Ändern tippen.
Was bekomme ich danach?
Eine Bestätigung in diesem Chat. Nach der Zahlung ein PDF auf den Namen des Restaurants. Das ist kein Kassenbeleg.
Ist WhatOrder sicher?
Die Karte tippst du bei Stripe, nicht im Chat. Wir sehen deine Kartennummer nicht. Die Verbindung ist mit TLS verschlüsselt. Jedes Lokal sieht nur seine eigenen Bestellungen. Details stehen in der Datenschutzerklärung.
Schreibe ich mit dem Lokal?
Nein. Du schreibst mit dem WhatOrder-Bot. Der Assistent ordnet deine Nachricht der Karte des Lokals zu, das im Chat steht. Das Lokal bekommt nur die fertige Bestellung und arbeitet sie ab. Wir schreiben dich nicht zuerst an.
Sieht ihr meine Telefonnummer, wenn ich einen WhatsApp-Benutzernamen habe?
Du hast einen WhatsApp-Benutzernamen, und mit dieser Nummer gab es in den letzten 30 Tagen keine Nachricht über deine Telefonnummer. Dann schickt Meta uns deine Telefonnummer nicht. Wir antworten über die Kennung, die Meta schickt.
Kann ich bar oder an der Kasse zahlen?
Nein. Auf der Seite von Stripe zahlst du mit Karte, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay oder EPS. Abholen ändert daran nichts. Du siehst die Gerichte und die Summe. Bezahlt ist die Bestellung, wenn die Zahlung durch ist. Vorher kannst du auf Ändern tippen.

Bir WhatsApp kullanıcı adın varsa ve bu numarayla son 30 günde telefon numaran üzerinden yazışmadıysan, Meta bize telefon numaranı göndermez. Meta'nın gönderdiği kimlikle yanıt veririz.

Is this the restaurant's number?
No. +43 660 2647870 belongs to WhatOrder, not the restaurant. We do not message you first. You tap a link or scan a code.
Does the shop see my order?
Yes. The assistant takes it. The shop only receives the finished order and processes it.
Where do I type my card?
On Stripe's page, not in the chat. You pay with card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, or EPS. WhatOrder does not see your card number. The bank line says WHATORDER. That is us, not the restaurant's name.
Have I already paid?
No. You see the items and the total. The order is paid when the card goes through. Before that you can tap Change.
What do I get after?
A confirmation in this chat. After payment, a PDF in the restaurant's name. It is not a cash-register receipt.
Is WhatOrder secure?
You type the card on Stripe, not in the chat. We do not see your card number. The connection is encrypted with TLS. Each shop sees only its own orders. Details are in the privacy policy.
Am I chatting with the restaurant?
No. You chat with the WhatOrder bot. The assistant matches what you write to the menu of the restaurant in the chat. The restaurant only receives the finished order and processes it. We do not message you first.
Do you see my phone number if I use a WhatsApp username?
If you use a WhatsApp username, and this number has not exchanged a phone-number message with you in the last 30 days, Meta does not send us your phone number. We reply using the id Meta sends.
Can I pay cash or at the counter?
No. On Stripe's page you pay with card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, or EPS. Pickup does not change that. You see the items and the total. The order is paid when the payment goes through. Before that you can tap Change.
